“Before the accident I was always into fitness but always just ate whatever I want and didn't think about what I ate or what macros were in it.

What I've learned from your program Alex is how seriously important it is to track your food and what to avoid on top of what you're already doing.

The other biggest thing I've learned, is that it is also critical to surround yourself with positive thoughts and people.

Joining your program listening to you, hearing things I can relate to, hearing how you came over it and meeting all them positive people helped me so much getting through the tough obstacles I face in my life.

I'm thankful everyday for being able to see everyone in the problem grinding hard💪

there is no way that I would have been able to accomplish what I did this past weekend. They both kept me on track and focused on the goal at hand. I’m lucky to have had them in my corner during my first prep. We might not have won the show but as far as I’m concerned I won either way. I accomplished so much along the way and achieved the best physique I have ever had.

For years I struggled with losing weight and struggled to find a workout routine that I felt confident doing. So that made it hard for me to find success. There was anxiety and so many excuses. Fortunately, a friend had met Alex and recommended I send him a message. Again, I was anxious but forced myself to follow through. But his program fit my budget and my schedule, so I set a date to meet with him and start training. Alex exceeded my expectations from the very beginning. Not only would we train one-on-one, but he created a meal plan for me, at-home workouts, and maybe the most beneficial: an open line of communication. He is always there to answer questions (about meals or workouts), keep me accountable and motivated! “This is a lifestyle,” he’s told me. I don’t just train with him twice a week, it's more than that. He’s helped me to make these positive changes into part of my lifestyle! I went from working out zero days a week to 4-5 days and looking forward to every training session! Alex is always mixing up the workouts too. I have even learned some boxing! It’s amazing how the workouts fly by when he’s making it fun and challenging! I saw changes so quickly, in both my mental and physical health. So if someone is looking to make a positive change in their life, be challenged, or to learn boxing, I cannot recommend Alex enough!

"I would not be where I am. What I do. How I feel. How I view things, how I do stuff how I go about life without you. I still have my dry ass sarcastic dark humor but I have channeled this into how you have taught me how to view and do things and I am forever - and I mean FOREVER in debt to you for it. I am the happiest I’ve been in my entire life and I just want you to know you have been the single handed person that has legit taught me a whole new realm when it comes to fitness, embracing hardships, viewing life how it comes, and still making that shit work !! Life is hard and unpredictable but you literally educated me how to pivot around in my best way."

When I started with Alex- I had little to no regular physical activity, no knowledge of how or where to get started, or how I could consistently work on myself to see the results I wanted. As somebody with no experience with fitness, I was overwhelmed by everything it would take and didn’t know if I had it in me. When we started, he helped me set goals for myself and helped me understand what it would take every day to achieve them. He motivated me regularly and gave me the guidance I needed. I’m happy to say that I am now at the healthiest I’ve ever been, the happiest I’ve ever been with my image, and the most confident I’ve been with myself. Not only did Alex guide me to get into shape physically, he instilled a sense of self-belief In me that I needed to achieve my goals, and a sense of confidence that I needed for my everyday life!

Alex there are no words still to this day how much you have transformed my body. I am still in shock. Your training sessions are not just the typical work out sessions, you work out the whole person. From their character to their work ethic and their diet and every thing from there. I never thought I would be able to lose this weight, I used to be 270 pounds and now

I am at 180 which was my goal. And thats the point. You help people reach their goals and their true potential and that is what I value from this. I get so many people stopping me saying that I lost weight and its a different feeling that I have never thought before. Thank you Alex for changing me in a way to where it was life and death.

Because it really was. I am happy with how my body is and I want to keep going. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
